The Marketing Executive supports effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives, collaborating closely with colleagues within the marketing team and building relationships with Merchants, Operators and VM. This is an exciting role with responsibilities for strategy development, markets compliance, market analyses and internal communication.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic and demonstrate excellent communication capabilities and an attention to detail
Must be able influence key stakeholders – ME team/Victoria’s Secret Host Brand team to ensure that all proposed activity is approved and executed in a timely manner
Demonstrate an ability to analyze data and compile reports to demonstrate ROI on activities undertaken - promotions/store events etc.
To understand market trends and customer behaviors and how they can be incorporated into strategic planning and decision making
Must demonstrate experience of working in a busy environment and understand the need for organized and structured working practices to deal with the pressure of tight deadlines and constantly changing activities
Evidence of event management particularly within a retail environment would be plus as would previous experience with customer engagement campaigns from digital channels to store - understanding of multichannel marketing
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Familiar with all Microsoft Office tools.
To have an in-depth knowledge of the Middle East marketplace and experience of country requirements such as licensing and permits
