Sales Manager - Jewellery - Dubai
Responsible for overall Sales and gross margins in ME region.
Analysing daily, weekly and monthly sales figures to ensure branch profitability and forecasting future sales.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Promoting brands and auditing the performance of key product lines.
Responsible for training and motivating staff to ensure efficiency and to increase sales.
Ensuring that premises and service levels are maintained as per the standards.
Holding regular meetings and briefing the team on new products and promotions.
The desired candidate should have minimum 7-9 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Senior Management Position.
Should have exposure to Luxury goods industry & retail of high fashion brands.
Candidate should have the qualities like business drive, decision making ability, ability to understand & analyse the sales figures, ability to lead & motivate the team.
Should have excellent sales training skills.
