What you'll be doing At Chalhoub we express the exceptional! Working as a Client Advisor you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy thouthrough activities and interactions with customers and other team members Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrolment rate and new customer acquisition Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty. Ensure efficient collection of customer data in adherence to the marketing team. Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, and slow movers to support business reviews. Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns and behaviours, and utilize this database to engage and build strong relationships with customers to encourage future selling opportunities Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products and competitors, brand’s different online (website, app and social media) offerings and activities and promote them to customers Participate in the brand’s events and support with in-store marketing events and activations. Achieve individual and collective sales targets and ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Customer Centricity Executing and promoting exceptional customer service and relations in stores and customer home visits Attend to customer needs, sales, special order and repairs. Support in-store customer experience. Communicating with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpass customers’ expectations. Use clienteling techniques, omnichannel approach and tools to connect virtually with customers, build a one-on-one relationship based on trust and human touch and drive loyalty. Such techniques and tools include messaging, (virtual) shopping appointments, etc. Operational Excellence Prepare and process e-commerce orders’ fulfilment from the store within the set SLAs in terms of time and quality. Demonstrate a strong understanding and leverage available technology tools when available to support customer experience in and outside of the store (Clienteling app, CRM, OMS, etc.) Maintain all operating standards as per the brand’s VM guidelines and SOP’s.     Objective: The position is responsible for executing regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, brand registrations, and statutory mandates across jurisdictions. The Executive - Regulatory & Compliance will coordinate documentation, assist with regulatory submissions, and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting in adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibility: Regulatory Documentation & Submissions Prepare, compile, and track regulatory documentation for product registrations, license renewals, and approvals with UAE authorities. Risk Management and Reporting Identify and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and optimize operations.     Objective: The Specialist/Consultant Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with dermatological conditions, providing expert advice on skin health, and performing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures. This role involves delivering personalized care to patients, conducting specialized procedures (such as laser treatments, chemical peels, Botox, and fillers), and ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies. Key Responsibility: Clinical Dermatology Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, infections, and pigmentation disorders. Conduct thorough skin assessments and prescribe appropriate treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and diagnostic results. What you'll be doing As an Internal Audit Manager covering our Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing the Group’s operations. You’ll partner closely with the Vice President of Internal Audit to deliver the internal audit mandate across multiple business units and regions. From shaping our annual risk assessment to developing a dynamic audit plan, your insights will directly influence how we manage risks, optimize performance, and reinforce a culture of integrity and accountability. What you’ll need to succeed Strategic: Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and recommend enhancements or re-engineering of business operations to improve the overall internal control environment and align business units with the shared services. Support business units on advisory projects including the development or update of standard operating procedures, policies, DOA’s. RACI’s and other internal control and governance tools. Identify and propose effective and innovative audit techniques and tools in pursuit of the digital direction of the organization. Planning and execution: Understand the current state of processes and procedures adopted by the company and derive the process and risk universe of the commercial verticals, country operations, and shared services. Assist in evaluating business risks and making preliminary assessments based on knowledge gathered including financial exposure (i.e., materiality), quality of internal controls at both the entity level and process level, changes in management structure, prior audit results, and time or significant events since the last audit. Support the Internal Audit Director in developing the annual risk-based Internal Audit plan and time and resource allocation plans. Plan and allocate resources across the audit plan in accordance with skills and schedules (including in-house and outsourced resources). Oversee progress on engagements by attending key meetings with audit clients, reviewing working papers, and completed tasks of the audit team, and providing support and coaching where required. Work on special projects, complex internal audit engagements, or consulting engagements as directed by the Internal Audit Director. Coordinate and interact with audit and consulting firms. People management: Review the work of team members on a timely basis and thoroughly and constructively and ensure compliance with the department’s established standards and methodology. Complete engagement assessments for team members and provide one-to-one feedback. Work closely with the IA Director on the professional development plan of the IA team and assist in coaching and supporting where required. Demonstrate strong people management skills and qualities and actively build and foster a qualified and well-equipped team. Support in onboarding and induction of new Internal Audit team members. What you’ll need to succeed You have 7 to 10 years of internal audit experience, ideally a blend of Big Four training and exposure to retail or family conglomerates within the GCC. You are an Arabic speaker. You have a proven track record of leading and delivering complex audits, from risk assessment and planning to execution and reporting. You bring strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks, along with practical experience preparing Audit Committee reports. You hold professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA, and may complement them with C-Risk, CISA, or CFE credentials.
