THE ROLE Embedded in our Private Client team we are looking for Private Client Stylists to join our Dubai based team. With strong commercial acumen and a deep knowledge of luxury fashion, you will help cultivate and develop relationships with our most valuable clients to ensure our individual sales and company commercial targets are exceeded, whilst contributing to our growth and ambition to be the number one luxury fashion player. These positions will be responsible for engaging and driving customer loyalty through a variety of engagement and selling activities in collaboration with functional teams, ensuring a seamless, exceptional luxury shopping experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will develop the Farfetch Private Client base (a portfolio of 250+ top clients) by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects to introduce them to the Farfetch Private Client service. You are highly proficient in Arabic writing, and have an excellent level of fluency in English; You will confidently segment your client book to achieve maximum impact in personalising the client experience and optimise engagement based on individual preferences and shopping behaviour. You will champion customer service and always exceed clients expectations and maintain client relationships to the standards required to enable achievement of personal sales targets and related KPI's. You will develop an awareness of the company strategy and stay aware of the company organisational objectives and consider this when defining personal objectives and goals. Work closely with the Private Client Manager to analyse data on weekly and monthly reporting whilst providing comprehensive feedback on assigned contributing projects and regional information. You will develop an understanding of key tools including Looker and Salesforce and use these to analyse data to identify key trends and focus areas to drive sales with your client book and make decisions to help drive your overall business performance. Using a range of data and creative tools, you'll build personalised and inspiring assets for your clients, to inform them of new products, designers and other Farfetch news that is relevant to their interests. You will think creatively to propose acquisitions events to co-host with Senior Stylists as well as attending external networking and social events. You will share knowledge on products, brands, and trends with your clients and the team.WHO YOU ARE You'll have proven experience in fashion sales (luxury preferable), with a track record of exceeding sales targets with the drive and motivation to sustain this.You'll have deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers and products, and a passion for styling and storytelling. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material proposals for design compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with brand principals, project managers, senior designers, and vendors to communicate design objectives and align on expectations. Support post-completion reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to design process improvements. Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration is preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in architectural design, preferably within retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects.     POSITION OBJECTIVE - This job holder will be responsible for translating and transferring of ideas / concepts / designs into promotional displays and marketing brochures for products and services - Develop distinctive logos for products and in-house brands, and create visual designs for marketing literature Key Responsibilities: Creative Solutions - Understand the creative and concept / territory business needs - Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create the graphic representations on system with combination of different color pallets - Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts - Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the territory marketing team - Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type - Develop graphics and layouts for promotion posters, logos, displays etc every year - Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed - Create the window display designs for Concepts and Stand-alone stores in the territories for new stores and all stores every season - Create graphic artworks such as promo posters, logos and the like for the Concept - Designing proposals and artwork for marketing brochures, leaflets, coupons and flyers - Prepare Art works for Signage's (outdoor / indoor) - Coordinate with Concept Marketing Teams to pro-create graphic and artwork as required by the Concepts' branding guidelines Miscellaneous - Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and needs of the customers - Coordinate and assist in the execution of large format printing including colour and profile management - Oversee the printing needs for the Territory and stand-alone stores (vinyl poster, backlit poster etc.) - Ensure that the visuals / posters are laminated, mounted and distributed properly for all the territories on schedule (if applicable) - Prepare Photoshop presentations as and when required under the direction of the Marketing Manager - Coordinate with the Visual Merchandisers in executing their requirements of seasonal changes and window themes - Maintain large format printers (if applicable) - Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design

    - Presenting the Trend forecast followed by Line Presentations - Planning and developing ranges. - Working with buyers and forecasters, to develop products to meet a brief. - Liaising closely with buying and planning teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points. - Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to PU, colors and quality and technical parameters - Should have experience of getting the samples made from factories and should have deep understanding of Pricing along with the product - Knowledge of Leather for working on men's accessories - Should be well versed in submitting the required touchbacks with all technical specifications to the factories. Understanding design from a technical perspective. - Should be able to locate factories for production - Trainings should be imparted on the product to the front end along with the buyers - Well versed in latest designing software (Illustrator, Photoshop etc.). - Readiness to multitask and should have a proactive approach. Knowledge of working on excel to take out the sell through rate will be beneficial. Designers who have a solid amount of experience and a strong portfolio. They can handle a variety of projects with minimal supervision and often start to take on leadership or mentorship roles within teams.
