What you'll be doing Fulfillment Operations Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, packing, and dispatch. Monitor order accuracy, lead times, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting fulfillment performance. Coordination with Buying, Supply Chain, Tech, Commercial and other stake holders Collaborate closely with the Buying team to align inventory availability with sales and demand forecasts. Work with Supply Chain counterparts to ensure optimal stock levels, efficient replenishment, and inbound logistics coordination. Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to address issues affecting operational flow. Coordination with IT on all ongoing project and ensure UAT signing off prior launching. Coordinate with Commercial, CS and other stake holders with necessary support with analytical reports, presentation etc. 3PL Warehouse Oversight and support Monitor performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners against SLAs (e.g., order accuracy, shipping timelines, inventory accuracy). Conduct regular performance reviews and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure SOPs and compliance standards are consistently followed by external partners. Support US team with constructive Feedback towards continuous improvement. Operations Support & Continuous Improvement Support the end-to-end U.S. operations cycle including returns, reverse logistics, and warehouse transfers. Contribute to the development and refinement of operational KPIs, reports, and dashboards. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction.
