What you'll be doing Working as a Senior Copywriter for L'Occitane en Provence brand, you will craft copy that represents our brands’ editorial voice and design point of view, with deliverables for E-commerce (website), CRM (Emailer and whatsapp), Digital Marketing (ads and social), and Print (retail collaterals and special projects), PR (press releases and long format content) and F&B (for L`Occitane Café). Working within the Marketing Team, and as well with cross-functional teams, you will deliver key messaging to help amplify the brands tone of voice across channels, whilst ensuring the messaging reflects our larger brand and business objectives. You will be an important contributor to the brands’ content and customer experience, providing copy that’s smart, engaging, revenue-minded, and empathetic to the customer journey/mindset. Brand Voice and Positioning: write content that aligns with our editorial voice and brand positioning, while understanding the larger business objectives. Conceptualizes and writes site pages, digital marketing and print ads, and omnichannel campaigns. Working with the social media team on revising captivating captions of new product launches, promotions, beauty advice, trends and more. Assimilates insights from creative meetings, product kick-offs, and cross-functional planning meetings to provide assets that achieve our mission and vision. Writes, edits, and proofs product descriptions. Supports business growth and creative evolution by monitoring industry trends and providing concepts that help the brand remain fresh, competitive, and forward-thinking. Helps customers better understand our brands and key value propositions; always considers customer pain points when developing content. Helps with other creative projects as needed. Provides additional coverage on copy projects. What you’ll need to succeed English and Arabic copywriting is a must Interested in beauty and skin care, in touch with trends in the region Copywriting experience, including editorial, marketing, and/or product copy written for other brands or agencies. Strong storytelling abilities. Ability to show a passion for telling a good story, and romancing products and brands. Can take projects from concept to completion. You’re a good planner and writer who sees the big picture without missing the little details. What you'll be doing The Associate – People Partner is responsible for the full execution of HR administrative activities, including requisition management, employee data maintenance, cost center alignment, and reporting support. The role also assists with non-critical employee relations matters and works closely with Group HR’s Centers of Expertise to ensure operational alignment and HR excellence. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute core HR administrative processes, including launching requisitions and managing internal transfer workflows. Coordinate and collaborate with Group HR’s Centers of Expertise (e.g., People Experience, Rewards, etc.) to support cross-functional HR initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of organization charts, payroll information, and cost center/budget allocations. Monitor and follow up on the completion of performance goals, workforce budgeting activities, and other key HR processes in collaboration with the People Partner or Director of People. Assist in consolidating and tracking People Strategy metrics in coordination with the People Analytics team. Act as a secondary point of contact for minor employee relations matters, escalating as needed under the guidance of the People Partner. What you'll be doing As a Product Details Trainee at Level Shoes, you’ll play a key role in shaping how every shoe, bag and accessory is presented, translating culture and design into sharp, accurate product descriptions. What you'll be doing Our Perfumes Consultant is responsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards and is responsible for giving perfume advice to their clients and guiding them through perfumes and allergies routines with suitable products. Key Responsibilities Drive the business: Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using fragrance and ensure all sales and operational policies are followed. Maintain a solid and accurate customer database to build strong relationship with customers and create future potential selling opportunities Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment rate and new customer acquisition To have an understanding of brand’s online offers and activities Participate to the brand’s events when required inside or outside the store and push fragrance sales during events, promotions and launches. Be flexible to support other stores and team members when required Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors Customer Centricity: Take ownership of the customer’s experience by delivering an exceptional service and brining to life the brand’s customer journey at all different touchpoints (physical and digital) through building rapport, sharing product knowledge and expert’s advice, proactively catering to customers’ needs, interests and preferences. Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products in alignment with the retail policies. Use clienteling techniques and tools to virtually connect with customers, build one-on-one relationships based on trust to drive loyalty. What you'll be doing Our Associate - People Partner will take full ownership of HR operational tasks, manage non-critical employee relations, and oversee culture and engagement activities within their scope. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and key people processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR activities across the People & Culture, Group Management, and Group Transform verticals. Coordinate recruitment activities including creating PO codes, launching requisitions, and supporting Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to ensure timely completion of hiring processes. Draft, review, and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers across all three verticals. Manage internal HR systems such as posting internal transfers, promotions, and permanizations through JIRA. Track and report on new joiners, leavers, and replacement hires to maintain accurate workforce data. Maintain and update organizational charts monthly and during budget cycles, ensuring the VP of People and People Data Specialist have updated org charts. Develop and maintain onboarding packs for hiring managers, ensuring a consistent and smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Conduct monthly audits of reporting lines and follow up with process owners on completion of key group HR initiatives (e.g., performance cycles, salary reviews, VOP survey completion). Support the planning and execution of quarterly townhalls, including coordinating spotlight presentations, formatting, and slide collation to ensure engaging and cohesive sessions. Assist in producing internal communications such as newsletters and presentations to keep employees informed and connected. Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as team-building off-sites, recognition events, and other culture-enhancing activities. Manage logistics for people-related events including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement of materials (awards, prizes, AV equipment, etc.). Support different HR projects and initiatives as directed by the VP of People and Senior People Partner. What you'll be doing Our Ecommerce Trainee is responsible for supporting the eCommerce operations and day-to-day running of our DTC websites, working closely with the Ecommerce and relevant Group Central teams.   Managing and overseeing the continuous optimization and the operations of assigned websites to provide customers with seamless on-site journeys, ordering, payment, and fulfillment experience. At the core of this role is a sound understanding of process management to provide outstanding customer experience across different channels. This role will develop skills and knowledge on the merchandising of a website; customer acquisition, commercial acumen and how operational systems interact in an Ecommerce business and how this data flows. This role will work together with key touch point teams to create durable and repeatable processes that keep the business moving forward. Product Management You will manage/create/remove categories and collections on the website Manage product recommendation and personalization tools Ensure consistency of product SKUs and labels with ERP system Liaise with the site merchandising team for new launches (in line with all stores)Manage the launch of products, including content request from brands and stock request from supply chain team Ensure all promotions are active online (including; discount promotions, GWP and PWP by country) Merchandising on Site Utilize sales and customer analytics to decide how products should be displayed online to maximize sales Guarantee optimum brand presentation in homepages, landing pages and product description Product assortment by best sellers, unsung heroes and new launches to optimize sales Filters and main menu navigation updates Homepage banners and content update to guide customers to our current promotions, newness, product recommendations and best sellers Optimizing product pages including; product imagery, monitoring reviews, cross-sells/upsell and product page ‘special offer’ banners Stock Management Monitor stock levels to avoid out of stock issues during peak season Forecast and create stock replenishment for the supply chain team to action Analyze and manage the stock levels to reach sell through ratio KPIs Operational Process ecommerce returns In partnership with our operations and supply teams, ensure accurate inventory levels across sites. Work with Operations partners on special projects like custom product setups, bundles, and kits.Forecast and project inventory levels with the Ecommerce Site Merchandising teams to optimize speed of delivery and location optimization based on customer location. Optimize stock levels for ecommerce location and warehouse.Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service, and productivity of the Picking, Packing, Shipping and/or other warehouse/fulfillment departments Implementing updated processes across different channels and stores.Partner and enable key relationships between brand team, fulfilment team, DSP’s & store operations team.Identify loss of revenue areas such as returns and cancellations and ensure maximum deliveries with the least business driven cancellations. Customer Service: Deliver high levels of customer service Be the conduit between Ecommerce business and the Customer Experience team to solve customer issues with the website experience, fulfillment, payment.What you’ll need to succeed Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. What you'll be doing Our Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring that Store Managers maximize the commercial performance of their retail shops and deliver exceptional Guest Experience. Our Retail Manager is also responsible for establishing a bridge between back-office and their network of stores which they control/audit on a continuous basis and implement corrective solutions and actions. Key Responsibilities Understand the brand strategy and cascade within the given network In conjunction with Marketing, ensure the full implementation of the of marketing and CX strategies and programs Implement Brand guidelines taking in consideration each market specifications Agree on a yearly calendar of sales with commercial team Control discount and margins to insure constant business profitability Follow up periodically on the sales figures per line and stock at hand (Sell-Out) Manage potential shortages, review orders and inform merchandising team on the status Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitors activities Provide commercial with quantitative and qualitative reports using data from market studies and inhouse systems Define sales target per sales team member Manage the P&L for the brand at hand Monitor the performance of the brand and send recommendation Manage the organization's resources within budget guidelines Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep management appropriately informed of the brands financial position Develop and motivate team members to ensure transfer of know-how and continuous positive work environment Monitor team members performance and provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize efficiency What you’ll need to succeed Experience in Leading a Flagship Retail store or Multiple Retail stores, within Luxury Fashion.
