What you'll be doing:. Fleet Efficiency: Optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs, and improve productivity. 2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and effective fleet services to internal stakeholders. 3. Compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies. 4. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team. 5. Cost Management: Manage fleet-related expenses, including maintenance, fuel, and tolls. Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Managing a Fleet of 200+ Company Commercial Vehicles Across All Emirates) 1. Vehicle Scheduling and Allocation Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of over 200 commercial vehicles to meet operational, logistical, and distribution requirements across all Emirates. 2. Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown repairs, and ensure regular inspections to maintain vehicle safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. 3. Regulatory Compliance Ensure full adherence to UAE transport regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, registration, and compliance with road safety and distribution-related standards. 4. Distribution Permits Management (Food, Non-Food, Medicine) Obtain, renew, and manage all required distribution permits for transporting food, non-food items, and pharmaceuticals across all Emirates, in line with local authority requirements (Municipality, MoHAP). 5. Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination Liaise with internal departments (Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance) and external partners (workshops, insurers, logistics agents, and government regulators) to ensure uninterrupted fleet and distribution activities. 6. Fleet Expense Management Monitor and control all fleet-related operational costs, including fuel, tolls, maintenance, permits, insurance, and vehicle registration. 7. Fuel Management Oversee and manage fuel consumption across the fleet, including fuel card usage, monitoring fuel efficiency, identifying abnormal usage, and implementing cost-saving strategies to optimize fuel spend. 8. Toll Account Management Manage toll systems such as Salik and DARB, including balance monitoring, top-ups, and monthly usage reporting to the Accounts/Finance department. 9. Workshop Coordination Coordinate with authorized workshops for scheduled servicing and urgent repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and effective vehicle turnaround. 10. Vehicle Inspections Organize mandatory vehicle inspections with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and other relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards - including for vehicles handling food, non-food, and medical product distribution.

What We Look For in a Deputy Store Manager and Supervisor Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. Experience: At least 3 years in retail management or supervisory roles, ideally within a sports, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment. Proven experience in leading teams and managing store operations in a high-volume retail setting. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude. Solid understanding of customer needs and a strong customer service ethic. Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members and to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Role Summary The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all project-related costs during the design, tendering, and construction phases. The role ensures accurate cost estimation, cost planning, procurement support, and payment verification while maintaining quality and adhering to project timelines. This includes verifying contractor claims, supporting budget planning, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle for GMG. Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities - Monitor and manage cost control activities across all project development phases-design, tendering, and construction. - Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and support tender documentation in coordination with design and consultancy teams. - Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and services to support project feasibility and budgeting. - Review project cost estimates and recommend modifications to optimize material and resource costs while maintaining quality standards. - Develop procurement cost calculations and support tendering processes, from scope development to contract award. - Coordinate with the Finance department for fund approvals, budget transfers, and variation orders. - Validate contractor invoices through on-site measurement of actual quantities and ensure compliance with contract agreements. - Support claims management, ensuring that all vendor and internal project claims are properly evaluated, approved, and documented. - Participate in vendor selection and performance evaluation in alignment with GMG policies. - Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that all project elements align with the contract specifications. - Prepare and present regular cost and budget reports to stakeholders, highlighting budget adherence and potential variances. - Approve final contractor payments and close-out documents in accordance with project delivery and contractual obligations. - Identify non-compliant materials or services and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the project cycle.
