JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced profile with managerial store experience to join our store team within the luxury industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a refined aesthetic sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the luxury market and client mindset. As a Manager in stores, you will play a key role in driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring excellence across all areas of responsibility, in line with the brand's values and business objectives. RESPONSABILITIES Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving business goals and enhancing client experience. Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all touchpoints. Monitor KPIs such as cross-selling, conversation rate, sales targets as well as CRM KPIS such as private appointments, prospect conversation, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, Communication, HR, Finance, etc.) to align strategies and share best practices. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project and business success. Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and support innovation. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial store position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector. Proven leadership and people management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Strategic mindset combined with operational agility. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong passion for the luxury world, craftsmanship, and innovation. Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures. Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts. To manage and to motivate the department team in achieving the sales target, ensuring extraordinary Client service experience, being present on the sales floor, managing the activities of the department. RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross selling among the product categories. Analyze the department performance and define the actıons required for achıeving the busıness objectıves. Give commercial suggestions to SM. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs. Be constantly up-to-date on market trend and share ınsıghts wıth relevant functıons. Foster the ecommerce channel development. CUSTOMER Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. TEAM Train and inspire the sales staff of her/his department in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures. RETAIL Guarantee an in-depth product knowledge wıthın the department, working wıth the relevant functions to support product/ collection training needs. Provıde feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager. Guarantee the vısual presentatıon of his/her department. Ensure effectıve and effıcıent back-of-house organization for the department and is responsible for the protectıon of the company's assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.
