Traineeship Overview As a People Partner Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Group’s people strategy across five countries. Manpower Planning Assist in workforce planning efforts across the region. Support data collection and alignment processes with various stakeholders. 2. What you'll be doing As a Product Details Trainee at Level Shoes, you’ll play a key role in shaping how every shoe, bag and accessory is presented, translating culture and design into sharp, accurate product descriptions. At Level, you will help support the e-commerce copy team, while being in sync with what’s now and what’s next, immersed in a space where luxury moves with a modern mindset. Input and validate attribute details for all new products. Measure and record product specifications including heel height, sole width, material composition, and fit notes. Cross-check product information against vendor line sheets, samples, and imagery to ensure data accuracy. Work closely with the copywriters to ensure product details and descriptions align with imagery and brand guidelines. Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing information to maintain content quality and accuracy. Assist with the organisation of attribute libraries and guidelines for the Copy team. What you'll be doing Our Ecommerce Trainee is responsible for supporting the eCommerce operations and day-to-day running of our DTC websites, working closely with the Ecommerce and relevant Group Central teams.   Managing and overseeing the continuous optimization and the operations of assigned websites to provide customers with seamless on-site journeys, ordering, payment, and fulfillment experience. At the core of this role is a sound understanding of process management to provide outstanding customer experience across different channels. This role will develop skills and knowledge on the merchandising of a website; customer acquisition, commercial acumen and how operational systems interact in an Ecommerce business and how this data flows. This role will work together with key touch point teams to create durable and repeatable processes that keep the business moving forward. Product Management You will manage/create/remove categories and collections on the website Manage product recommendation and personalization tools Ensure consistency of product SKUs and labels with ERP system Liaise with the site merchandising team for new launches (in line with all stores)Manage the launch of products, including content request from brands and stock request from supply chain team Ensure all promotions are active online (including; discount promotions, GWP and PWP by country) Merchandising on Site Utilize sales and customer analytics to decide how products should be displayed online to maximize sales Guarantee optimum brand presentation in homepages, landing pages and product description Product assortment by best sellers, unsung heroes and new launches to optimize sales Filters and main menu navigation updates Homepage banners and content update to guide customers to our current promotions, newness, product recommendations and best sellers Optimizing product pages including; product imagery, monitoring reviews, cross-sells/upsell and product page ‘special offer’ banners Stock Management Monitor stock levels to avoid out of stock issues during peak season Forecast and create stock replenishment for the supply chain team to action Analyze and manage the stock levels to reach sell through ratio KPIs Operational Process ecommerce returns In partnership with our operations and supply teams, ensure accurate inventory levels across sites. What you'll be doing Assist in the implementation of comprehensive 360° marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines. Coordinate and execute e-commerce and in-store activations, campaigns, and activation calendars across the region. Ensure consistency and quality of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints by maintaining and updating banners and content across all retailer platforms. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the beauty sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, commercial, customer service) to ensure smooth operational processes. Manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate tracking and timely payments. Work on ICFs across all brands; brief local markets on ICF requirements for retailers. Consolidate GWPs for all retailers, supporting with asset requirements, stock delivery, and timely go-live. Brief agencies on influencer seeding, managing the process from concept to shipment. Track activations, exposures, and performance data for inclusion in monthly brand reports. Consolidate market feedback on launches, performance, and promotions to refine strategy. Support local teams in executing in-store events, coordinating brand approvals, budgeting, and permits. Oversee office and event-related orders, liaising with agencies and suppliers. Gather and analyze post-event feedback, ensuring reports, permits, and payments are completed on time.
