Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a Assistant eCommerce Manager to help grow our eCommerce business in existing and new markets and own the day-to-day trade marketing activation plans. The Social and Trade eCommerce Manager will oversee the global marketing calendar on HudaBeauty.com to support our D2C eCommerce business, as well as managing the stores across social platforms on Meta as well as TikTok. We are looking for a manager with strong creative, commercial and analytical abilities, strategic vision, and a passion for eCommerce. The Assistant eCommerce Manager will report to our Senior Global eCommerce Manager and work closely with all stakeholders within the eCommerce Team. This role will also work cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Product owner, Creative/Design, Commercial Markets, and Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the editorial content calendar, content briefing, and content planning for our global eCommerce website
  • Manage the international go-to-market strategy for product launches, key events, and shopping holidays
  • Localize our content strategy, delivering differentiated content strategies by zone that is backed by data-insights
  • Develop strong trade marketing plans with a creative and commercial mindset, in order to achieve sales target and brand vision
  • Build the localization roadmap for our website, scheduling localization projects and managing our translation agencies
  • Collaborate closely on international promotion planning
  • Manage the eCommerce social media strategy and channel, working closely with the social team
  • Manage TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, including integration with SaaS platform, inventory management, commission and affiliates mechanics, content creators strategy, livestreams, new product launch plans, and build virality and hype within the brand
  • Partner closely on new product launches to optimize strategy for key markets
  • Monitor and measure success of globalization initiatives and report findings

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 4 years working a eCommerce team, eComm agency, web service, or D2C brand
  • Experience working within the beauty industry preferred
  • Experience managing social media stores
  • Passionate about market trends and eCommerce
  • Must have experience supporting global markets
  • Adept multitasker with fantastic attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills with strong ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong communicator, ready to lead projects & present to senior management
  • A team player that is willing to wear many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment
