What you\'ll be doing
Payroll reconciliation:
  • Monthly reporting on variance of HC and cost (Actual vs budget)
  • Reviewing Cost Center Splits and flagging any discrepancies to payroll
Monthly Reporting on People KPI\xe2\x80\x99s like Emiratization, KSA Turnover, National Turnover etc. Supporting with the Budgeting process:
  • Entering the data on Plano
  • Flagging the variance etc.
Performance and Talent Management:
  • Key role in the calibration process \xe2\x80\x93 routing forms, aligning ratings with the validated ratings. Reviewing flags with the People Partners and having a rational
  • Working on collating the templates and data on division level for the talent mapping (4 box)
  • Goal setting updates and completion tracking
Engagement and Recognition: Plan and execute key dates / moments across Fashion with the support of Trainee. Launch the automated Fashion recognition programme with the People Director, Push nominations, consolidate and winner announcement every quarter. Voice of People: Analysing the data and working on the action plan with the PP Org charts and Reporting lines What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed
