Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Community Management Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our social media communities, engaging with our audience, and supporting various social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Community Management Assistant duties include but not limited to the below:

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Focus on growing and maintaining the multi-brand online community of 70+ million followers.
  • Facilitate and engage in online conversations with customers including responding to queries or questions.
  • Keep track of the latest social media trends and monitor the conversations happening in relevant communities.
  • Knowledge of running online competitions.
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

  • Experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, personable, and a fast learner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and community building.
  • Comfortable working outside standard office hours.
