Digital Operations Specialist Mea (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:

• Oversee daily digital operations, ensuring smooth performance and high customer satisfaction
• Compile and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions
• Manage end-to-end D2C operations, including stock flow, system integrations, and payment gateway activities, resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Monitor last-mile delivery performance and address operational challenges to maintain delivery excellence
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and Finance teams to align operations and improve workflows
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital innovation and enhance the overall customer experience

YOUR PROFILE:

• 1-2 years of experience in operational digital environments, preferably in D2C logistics
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as SFCC, OMS, Carriyo, SFSC, or NPS
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and managing digital workflows
• Proven ability to manage stock flow, payment gateways, and end-to-end digital operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative across teams and regions
• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus
