Job description

Technical & Professional Competencies Required:

As the E-Activation Manager, you will be responsible to craft, execute and optimize the ecommerce plans based on analytical and data-driven insights, ensuring effective and relevant investment for all pure players and 0+0 retailers in the GCC. From event planning, online execution, to deep performance analysis, you will work hand in hand with marketing, Digital, CDMO, Zone Teams and the partners to help maximize the effectiveness at channel and client level. In close collaboration with Marketing OBMs and KAMs you will be the main point of contact to align, arbitrate category and brands activations (consumer & sales), relay commercial needs & feed Market Intelligence. You will...

  • Lead and coordinate the E-Commerce channel activation strategy by clients for maximum efficiency driving sell-out growth and market shares.
  • Adapt and recommend the event and media activation plan at client level, making arbitrations based on historical data & analytics performance.
  • Tracking and analyzing of weekly & monthly performance reporting and scorecards.
  • Providing analytic insights and inputs to digital & marketing & commercial team to optimize future promo and media investment.
  • Be a nortstar to account teams during to partner E-JBP meetings to put in place the building blocks.
  • Strategize, execute and evaluate big bets campaigns to achieve online sales targets.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to assess, arbitrate and optimize the investment effectiveness in order to maximize ROI and sales incrementality.
  • Lead the new tool and services integration in-line with the Beauty Tech vision.
  • Tracking and analyzing of weekly & monthly performance reporting and scorecards.
  • Improve CPD visibility online, increase traffic to product categories on partner sites through visibility, special activations, social media presence, cross-brand and cross-category events, and collaboration with the digital team & marketing teams.
  • Collaborate on online UX efforts, such as PDP excellence, Brand Store Optimization and E-Beauty Services implementation in-line with CDMO, content & marketing teams.
  • Lead & Project Management of the new deployments to improve the tools and features capabilities such as reporting, new businesses and services. (PBI, GCP, VTO, Rate&Review, E-BA, QRCode etc..)
  • Establish cooperation with client technical teams and ensure continuous improvement and updates to websites for the implementation of new mechanics.
Your profile...

  • Qualified with 5 years of experience from e-commerce, digital marketing or performance marketing roles with B2C understanding.
  • Experienced in account management, performance media and e-commerce investment management.
  • Strong in analytical and data management skills to optimize investment efficiency.
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders in a complex business environment (client facing required)
  • Have strong communication & coordination skills with data driven decision making
  • Hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results
  • Knowledgeable of consumer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies
  • Capable to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and preferably understand a Arabic language (preferred)
