We're looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our E-Commerce team. This is a newly created role that will see you supporting several work functions to ensure business continuity, such as Content, Trade Plan, Sales analysis and reports, POs, customer management and competition monitoring. This function is cross divisional and across several customers and will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and reports directly to our E-Commerce Lead for MEA.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing analytical support in the development of various sales-driving initiatives and assisting Coty in achieving its short and long-term business strategy.
  • Working with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and customer service in capacities ranging from customer planning to product listings.
  • Supporting on validating new launches and content on the websites to ensure all products are listed as planned.
  • Tracking competition activity to ensure counter actions are taken if needed and monitor Coty brands performance vs competitors.
  • Collaborating with marketing and design agency teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
  • Developing creatives for brand shops, product page, and other areas of site areas for all .com retail sites - Banners, GIFs, etc.
  • Setting up and ongoing maintenance of product pages and Brand Stores.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading content prior to sharing with the retailers.
  • Managing content across different retailer platforms, including temporary visibility and e-mailers.
  • Ensuring all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection) and approved by Brand licenses.
  • Assisting in the implementation of global content management systems tools.
  • Working directly with distributors to help manage stock sufficiency across top customers.
  • Managing and controlling fill rate across top customers, and flag risks when KPIs are not being achieved.
  • Planning marketing activities across key consumption periods for key retailers.
