Summary: The Ecommerce Product Manager will be responsible to oversee the strategy, implementation, and execution of our technical website operations with the goal of delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience for our customers. In this role, the Ecommerce Product Manager will lead our product development pipeline, technical roadmap and budget, site UI/UX, website merchandising strategy, and our future digital innovations. A strong cross-functional collaborator with experience in agile methodologies and technical project management, this role will report directly to our Senior Director of Global Ecommerce. This role will also directly manage several external vendors and contractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Full-Stack Developers.
  • Provide clear roadmaps and ETAs across all site projects, ensuring business priorities are met, by managing indirect stakeholders, developers and vendors in an efficient way.
  • Define and document web development standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to define our annual technical roadmap and ongoing development priorities.
  • Liaise daily with our external development agency partners in building and maintaining our website technology stack.
  • Identify new eCommerce technologies for a better customer experience and innovative solutions for better conversion and site performance.
  • Oversee and prioritize developer resources for site merchandising strategy, including content setup, product launches, landing pages, promotions, and catalog maintenance.
  • Oversee the agile web development workflow, daily and weekly QA and UAT, and project management.
  • Manage our SFCC platform and ensure stability of our website.
  • Collaborate and support performance marketing team on UX improvements, SEO, feed, landing pages and page structure.
  • Partner closely with our UX/UI Designer to execute beautiful, high-converting website experiences for our customers.
  • Responsible for tracking and improve website performance KPIs such as traffic, conversion, time-on-site, engagement, pages per visit, cart abandonment, etc.
  • Oversee and define website A/B testing roadmap, in close partnership with stakeholders.
  • Drive digital innovations forward, identifying new opportunities to improve our global digital experience.
Requirements:

  • 3-5 years working on a web or eCommerce team at an agency, web service, or D2C brand.
  • Experience with website measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Clarity.
  • Excellent people skills with strong ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong people management and prioritization skills, to lead a team of developers across several projects.
  • Strong communicator, able to translate complex and technical requirements from developers into clearer, simpler messages to present to senior management.
  • Great mix of analytical, technical, and strategic ability.
  • A team player that is willing to wear many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the tools such as: JIRA, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Ordergroove, and other consumer data platforms.
  • Knowledge at Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify is a plus.
