Job description
I am looking for a highly experienced fashion professional with 10+ years of industry experience to lead and manage the entire design and product development process for my fashion brand. The role involves overseeing fabric sourcing and development, design creation, sampling, product development, production coordination, and overall brand execution, working closely with the founder to build and scale the brand from concept to finished product.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in fashion design and product development, with strong expertise in fabric sourcing, mills, trims, sampling, and production. Candidates must have end to end industry knowledge, strong organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage collections and suppliers. Prior experience in luxury, contemporary, or premium fashion brands is preferred.
