About The Role We are looking for an Operations Executive, for a 2 year contract, to support the Operations Planning team with building/executing and monitoring "fit for purpose" planning processes to support a growing Omni Channel business, through active contribution and analysis as well as regular communication with other teams. What You'll Be Doing In this 2 year contract you will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of current system constraints and gaps. Understand the Planning lifecycle and the key analytics and KPI's. Assist Sr. Planner/Planner with weekly reporting and business analysis. To openly communicate with Operations Planner and Planning Operations manager on the progress as well as potential roadblocks. Support Promotional activity execution, including permit applications, promotional IT checks. Support Planner with GRN/Payment's process review and improvement. Support with consolidating reporting requirements Support with Master Data Management and governance including System and Buy Sheet maintenance and integrity. Continued learning and development to improve the skillset and unlock better efficiencies.

Job Requirements · High School/College Qualification. · At least one year planning experience. · Good numerical and analytical skill. · Good knowledge of excel and MS office. · Good prioritization and time management. · Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. · Good interpersonal, collaborative skills with the ability to work well within a team. · Good communication, reporting and presentation skills. · Knowledge of retail business is an advantage. · Proficient in the English language.
