About The Role

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supports with and delivers on key presentations for the Head of Department
  • Manages and co-ordinates communications for the wider Department team
  • Creates and distributes key weekly reporting and tracking
Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional communication to our internal and external stakeholders in arranging calls, meetings and appointments for the Head of Department
  • Pro-active end-toend diary management in a productive and prioritized manner
  • Liaises with Joint Venture teams to ensure that governance meetings, etc are in place
  • Supports LPO process for the departments, incl annual forecasting & budgeting of departmental costs
  • Provide all necessary secretarial and office support to the Head of department
  • Collates presentations and is proficient in PowerPoint
  • Independent and pro-active thinker who wants to genuinely enhance the departmental operations and support the two leaders
  • Arrange travel itinerary including ticket reservations, hotels bookings, fixing appointments
with the overseas clients

  • Ensure policies & audit protocols are followed.
  • Manages expenses
  • Provide required support to others in the department with respect to, sending official correspondence on their behalf, providing collective information to them and arranging department meetings
  • Manage office administration for the team such a IT, printing and stationary requisitions
  • Oversee department attendance including holiday trackers
  • Manage collateral / location specific resources such as Meeting Rooms, reception, etc.
  • Support the Head of with their team engagement activities (e.g. team building events, surveys, etc)
About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education

  • Graduate in any discipline
Years of Experience

  • 5 years administration experience
Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, with an eye for details
  • Computer literacy
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
  • Exposure to a multicultural environment
  • Passion to work in a fashion business
Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience looking after Head of Level
