E-commerce has been a game changer to the Retail Industry, revolutionizing consumers shopping habits. We are currently living in a time where E-commerce has reached new heights, and shoppers can now access stores from around the world through their device. This has made it possible for the players in the Retail Industry to expand into the offline world. Al Tayer Group has undergone a digital transformation with the intent to innovate and expand its platforms into the E-commerce space. Currently, we have an opportunity as a PR & Marketing Executive to be part of our E-commerce platforms & our brick and mortar stores. As the role is cross-functional the candidate will be assisting in the communications strategy to meet our communication objectives and ensure we connect with our audience regionally and internationally. In addition, the PR & Marketing executive will support in marketing campaigns and ensure the Brands voices are communicated and heard. The candidate should have a love of Luxury Fashion & Beauty, as they will be working with a prestige portfolio including Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdales Dubai, Bloomingdales Kuwait, Boucheron, Pomellato, David Yurman, Bobby Brown, Laura Mercier, Kiehl's, and many more!

We are looking for a candidate who has analytical, and decision making skills, along with creativity to add value to our Marketing and Communication strategy. A competitive candidate should have interpersonal skills to work with different personality types.
