Job description

PANDORA UAE is currently seeking a pro-active and results driven Sales Support Specialist to join the corporate office in Dubai.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

RETAIL and SALES SUPPORT
  • Support Sales Support Manager in maintaining and timely renewal of all the AMC contracts including and not limited to CCTV & Intruder Alarm, Firefighting, Fire alarm, Pest Control, and other utility contracts for stores & Local head office in UAE.
  • Managing and coordinating all works related to SIRA, CD, DM & other authorities.
  • Sound knowledge of guidelines, rules and regulations of local authorities like SIRA, ADMCC, Civil defence, 24/7 and all other related authorities
  • Internally and/or externally coordinate with all stakeholders and vendors.
  • Check and review of all scope of works related to the AMC contracts and other related tasks as and when required.
  • Forecasting of budget and reviewing same on regular basis to make sure everything is aligned as per the budget.
  • Support stores, Local Head office in receiving and addressing requests to correct representatives.
  • Open and update AX codes via Service desk
  • Monitor consumptions and services for O&O stores.
  • Support and coordinate with PRO in terms of any local Authority requirements.
  • Fixed asset control/ inventory in stores and office.
  • Manage & submit monthly expenses in Acubiz.
  • Processing of invoices in Basware for the related tasks and follow up with Finance for timely payment to the stakeholders and vendors.
  • Handle all office supply orders and related expenses.
  • Handle two email account - AE info and Customer feedback. Check and forward the email to relevant party and take necessary actions.
  • Ownership of the weekly newsletter.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange all the events related to the stores and office.
  • Other store and office daily administrative tasks.
  • Support and backup team members in their absence.
Professional Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge about local rules and regulations
  • Experience in arranging and managing events.
  • Strong analytical & reasoning skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Due Diligence and Good eye for details
  • Problem-solving mindset
