Summary: As a Senior Social Media Manager at Huda Beauty, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive hype. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organic social campaigns to drive hype and conversion, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Develop and schedule continuous content to enhance brand awareness and engagement in line with the content calendar.
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant, and shareable content for various social media platforms in collaboration with our content house.
  • Optimize content to maximize reach and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, new features on social platforms, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, performance marketing, PR, influencers content creators and business units to align social media efforts and amplify business strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adapting where necessary
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee response to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, ensuring we are on brand in all communications.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role with previous work managing a companies Social Media Page.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with social media management and content strategy, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing social media landscapes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for beauty and cosmetics is a must.
