We are looking for a well-organized and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and formal communication with authorities, embassies, and external stakeholders. The PRO will ensure smooth regulatory compliance, timely processing of employee and company requirements, and official representation with government departments. Responsibilities Government Relations & Compliance Liaise with UAE government departments (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Free Zones, etc.) and act as the company's official representative. Manage all activities related to immigration, labour, municipality authorities, and company licensing (applications, renewals, cancellations, amendments). Oversee visa processes for employees and families, including health insurance, Emirates ID, and sponsorship. Handle attestations, legalizations, Ejari, tenancy contracts, civil defense certificates, and related permits. Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, Immigration Law, and free zone regulations, ensuring timely documentation and accurate records. Employee Services Support onboarding and offboarding (medical tests, visa stamping, cancellations). Guide employees through government-related processes and coordinate with embassies/consulates when required. Coordination & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with ministries, embassies, free zones, and semi-government bodies. Provide regular updates to management on new regulations and policy changes. Collaborate with HR/Admin on staff-related legal and immigration matters and support audits or inspections. Qualifications & Requirements 2-5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa, immigration, and licensing processes. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Established network of contacts within government departments. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones). What you'll be doing Our Public Relations Officer is responsible for undertaking all general activities for official submission and collection of applications and approvals relating to employees/company guests for immigration, visit, sales permissions and company trade licenses, in adherence with the laws of the country. Liaise between the firm and government bodies to ensure approvals and follow up on all formal documents Ensure that all visa applications such as; Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, work permits and labor cards are presented and completed on time in order to comply with governmental laws and regulations Ensure all license applications and official approvals and permits are followed up properly to avoid unnecessary violations Coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance to labor requirements Develop relationships with Government Departments in order to ensure issues are resolved diligently Manage all labor, immigration and police disputes; act as the official representative of the Group Coordinate with the HR Officers on daily basis Perform other duties as required What you’ll need to succeed One year of experience Bachelor's degree of business administration Fluent in English Microsoft skills What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
