Support in planning, coordination and execution of events. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders and accurate documentation before during and after an event.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin support to the event team Maintain and update all schedules - events timelines and trackers Prepare all needed documents for events (contracts - NDAs) Support on site during events when needed Collect feedback and work on reports after each event and track all KPIs for continuous improvement Continuously update our pool of suppliers and locations EXPERIENCE
Prior involvement in planning or assisting with events Technical software experience (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) Experience handling schedules and documentation In alignment with the UAE Government's Emiratisation strategy, this opportunity is exclusively available to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.
