Objective: This position is responsible for providing safe and effective laser hair reduction treatments tailored to individual client needs, while ensuring high standards of hygiene, accurate documentation, and a positive client experience. Key Responsibility: Conduct initial consultations and assess client suitability for laser hair reduction. Administer laser treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards. Ensure proper calibration, cleanliness, and maintenance of laser equipment. Educate clients on post-treatment care, expected results, and potential side effects. Monitor client comfort during sessions and address any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records for each client. Coordinate appointment schedules in collaboration with the reception team. Stay up to date with advancements in laser technologies and treatment techniques. Desired Experience: 1-3 years of experience in laser hair reduction or aesthetic procedures. Certification in laser hair reduction (DHA-approved or equivalent). Strong understanding of different skin types and the Fitzpatrick scale. Trained in hygiene, infection control, and client safety protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY Execute preventive maintenance and urgent repairs for all AV systems including speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and video display units. Respond to maintenance schedules and work orders for AV systems in alignment with operational timelines. Install and configure audio and video equipment in newly opened stores and renovated sites, ensuring compliance with brand and safety standards. Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot malfunctions in sound systems and visual display units such as LED screens, digital signage, and projectors. Maintain accurate records of service history, equipment configuration, and inventory of AV spare parts. Support electricians and other maintenance staff during fit-outs, upgrades, or emergency site work. Train designated store staff on basic AV operations and routine troubleshooting. Maintain adherence to safety protocols and ensure the proper use of PPE and tools. DESIRED EXPERIENCE Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Audio Engineering, or related technical field. 2-5 years of proven experience in AV and CCTV installation (mandatory Pixel screen installation experience), configuration, and troubleshooting. Proficient in handling AV systems including ceiling speakers, mixers, projectors, display screens, and surveillance systems. Familiarity with electrical safety codes, hardware integration, and system performance testing. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
