    Objective: This position is responsible for developing and executing architectural design solutions for new retail stores, extensions, refurbishments, and adaptive re-use projects across the company's portfolio. The role ensures functional, aesthetic, and compliant designs are delivered within budget, aligned with brand standards, and successfully integrated into construction execution. Key Responsibility: Design Development & Conceptualization Prepare and present conceptual and detailed architectural design proposals, layout plans, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with internal brand teams and project stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective design solutions. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software for preparing 2D/3D layouts, renders, and architectural drawings. Project Coordination & Documentation Coordinate architectural inputs with MEP, structural, and interior design disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery. Prepare and submit planning applications, tender documents, and construction drawings aligned with regulatory and corporate requirements. Ensure accurate documentation of specifications, material standards, and brand-aligned finishes. Budget, Compliance & Risk Management Monitor project budgets and ensure architectural designs meet cost and timeline constraints without compromising design quality. Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety standards, accessibility guidelines, and environmental regulations. Identify and mitigate design-related risks throughout the design development and construction phases. Construction & Site Support Conduct regular site visits to verify construction alignment with design intent and resolve design or execution discrepancies. Assist project managers and contractors in interpreting drawings and resolving architectural issues during site execution. Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material proposals for design compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with brand principals, project managers, senior designers, and vendors to communicate design objectives and align on expectations. Present design proposals to senior leadership for approvals and participate in value engineering and optimization discussions. Support post-completion reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to design process improvements. Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration is preferred. 4+ years of progressive experience in architectural design, preferably within retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of building codes, retail space planning, construction techniques, and local authority requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

Key Responsibilities Concept & Design Development Develop innovative design concepts for F&B outlets, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity. Prepare mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations including video walkthrou for Brand & Principal presentations.Technical Drawings & Documentation Produce detailed Mall submission architectural drawings, plans, Joinery with specifications using Autocad / Revit. Integrate MEP, kitchen equipment, and interior design requirements into the architectural plans.Project Coordination Collaborate with kitchen consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cohesive project delivery. Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality projects in the UAE or GCC. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Video walkthrough software / Plugins. Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, food service flow, and operational requirements. Familiarity with GCC authority approval processes for F&B establishments. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Preferred Attributes Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house design. Basic knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions for hospitality spaces. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing The Lead SAP Security Architect for the SAP ERP Transformation Program is responsible for embedding security-by-design across the SAP S/4HANA and related ERP systems. The role ensures that all ERP security architecture, controls, and processes align with Group Information Security principles, policies, and standards, and are fully integrated into Group Security Operations capabilities for ongoing monitoring, incident management, and risk mitigation. This individual will collaborate closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and third-party vendors, acting as the primary security authority within the Transform Program and ensuring that ERP security architecture supports Chalhoub Group’s broader security and risk objectives.
