What You'll be Doing Develop and execute full-funnel performance media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, including sales growth, CR optimization. Own campaign analytics and data interpretation, leveraging insights to guide budget allocation, channel mix, audience targeting, and creative optimization. Optimize performance campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google Search & PMax, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest), aligning efforts with each market’s platform preference and audience behavior. Localize global campaigns while maintaining brand integrity, authenticity and cultural sensitivity, especially during key regional moments such as Ramadan, National Days, and Eid. Ensuring creative resonance and higher conversion potential. Lead campaign creative direction in close collaboration with the creative team, ensuring content is culturally relevant, Arabic-first, and tailored to each country’s audience. Translate global strategy into locally effective execution, bridging Global objectives with in-market realities to maximizing profitability. Build and present comprehensive performance dashboards and reports, providing data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth. Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners, ensuring best practices in media buying, tracking, and reporting are consistently applied. Oversee budget management, applying a data-driven approach to optimize COS and maximize sales. Key KPIs Optimize main KPIs: ROAS and CR. Conversion Rate and Revenue Growth (by market and channel). What You'll Be Doing Manage all social media channels for the brand and closely liaise with brand partners in establishing co-marketing campaigns and managing a tight marketing calendar. Drive business growth through performance advertising (user acquisition, boosting basket size, reorder rate, etc.) across multiple channels and provide suggestions for conversion improvement projects to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (Direct, Free Search, Paid Search, Social Media, Associates, Other) and device (desktop, tablet, mobile). Create a tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and establish KPIs. Manage the marketing budget for a portfolio of brands (plan strategy for lead generation, retention, LTV, ROI/ROAS, etc.) to meet established performance uplift expectations. Develop, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas. Test and optimize landing pages. Create traffic-driving (high relevancy) ads (managing both copywriting and visuals), and execute continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct deep-dive analytics on multiple datasets to identify opportunities and draft strategic proposals to improve performance (e.g., customer journey review), and swiftly execute approved suggestions. Work with 3rd parties and harness the power of these relationships to facilitate both traffic and conversion growth. Manage the e-marketing budget and optimize it on a daily basis to meet online business targets. Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies. Adapt and optimize creatives and conversion points. Analyze and report on results using Google Analytics and other internal platforms. What You’ll Need To Succeed Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year in online retail/eCommerce. Hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major digital platforms, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems. Proven experience in app promotion campaigns (user acquisition, retention, and engagement). What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Marketing Associate at Tanagra, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand’s visibility and growth through the execution of integrated marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Specialist and cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade marketing initiatives, organize high-profile events, manage PR and media activities, and lead influencer marketing efforts.
